Original 1978 U.S. pressing of Dr. Hook – Pleasure & Pain on Capitol Records (SW-11859, dead wax SW-1-11859-G6). Includes the hits “Sharing the Night Together,” “When You’re in Love with a Beautiful Woman,” and “Sweetest of All.”
Vinyl graded VG+, clean and glossy with only light surface marks, plays with excellent sound. Jacket graded VG, showing light edge rubbing and mild shelf wear but bright colors and solid seams.
Produced by Ron Haffkine, this LP marks Dr. Hook’s transition into their late-‘70s pop crossover success — a must for classic soft rock fans.
